Let's play catch up....

Well, I have returned from Convention and I had so much fun I don't even know where to begin for a recap! I had planned to show you a bunch of the displays, some main stage demos, some new friends, some great new project ideas, but unfortunately, I misplaced my camera on the way home so the only picture I have is this wee little one of general session on the first official morning.

I think there were about 5,000 or so of us... so much fun! I actually won prize patrol, which means I got a new package of Designer Series Paper and a stamp set out of the upcoming Holiday Mini Catalog. I am in so much trouble with that mini.... soooo much fun stuff in there! Now as a demo, I actually get to pre-order some of that stuff TOMORROW! yipee :)

If you want to take a gander at it and earn 30% off your first order within 45 days... run (don't walk) to my Web site -- well, I guess you wouldn't need to run or walk as you are probably already on the internet... lol) and sign up today for the $99 starter kit. It is such an awesome deal -- with tons of product about half the regular price. It's completely customizable and comes with a $40 Christmas Keepsake Box kit (including another stamp set) for Free. And I get one, too, which means we could make it together! :) Signing up as a demo has never been a decision I doubted... and with all the great stuff they've been doing lately, I SO don't want to miss out!

Anyway, on with the update... I got 180 card swaps at convention, too. I actually have a small photo of that, too (I forgot... I have two photos!)....

I think this year was some of my best swaps ever... so many amazing ideas! Plus I came home with eight free stamp sets! I've got to get to work with them... So many fun possibilites.

With the new Holiday Mini catalog coming up in just over a month (for you -- for me, it's tommorrow!) I've really been thinking about the holiday and traditions and such. Do you have any family traditions that you do every year? I'm thinking I may want to start creating a small mini-book each year to capture the holiday. I feel like my holiday spirit has been waning the last seven years after my Dad died. He was born on Christmas so the holiday just sort of went downhill for me.

This year, I want to try and focus on what is good in my life. What I'm grateful for, etc. It's something I've been trying to be better about in life in general. So I think a small mini album is in order.

Do you have a tradition or crafty project that is a must every year? I'd love to hear about it!

Greetings from a Crazy Girl...

Hi there, blog friends! I'm just popping on quickly to let you know I haven't forgotten you. I've been super busy getting ready for my hostess appreciation event tomorrow. Want to see the invite?

Cute, huh? It uses a new stamp set called penant parade. My hostess appreciation event is by invitation only to all my hostesses from the past year... We have lots of fun with games, prizes, freebies and yummy food!

Want to come next year? Be sure to book a workshop with me soon :)

Well, a short post today... I'll hopefully be back soon when I'm not so pressed for time. Have a great weekend and thanks for stopping by!

Happy Fourth!

Well hello there long lost blog world! I seemed to have missed the entire month of June. Hmph. How is it that I'm having such difficulty keeping up with the little old blog these days?

I do have grand plans to update (both literally - as in posting! - and physically - as in giving it a bit of a sprucing up) in the not too distant future. I'm a little bored with it so I'm thinking maybe if I make it a little prettier and maybe offer some things here ... it might be more fun for me! Of course, words of encouragement from my friends in blog land are always fun -- so feel free to comment away when you see something you like! :)

I'll keep you posted.

In the meantime, today is a big day! It is the official start to the new Stampin' year! That means a brand new Idea Book & Catalog, folks. Very exciting. I've actually already put in my first order of the year -- and I must say I was very well behaved -- only ordering supplies for upcoming classes. Click here to check it out for yourself. Here's a little sneak peek of the cover:

Beautiful, isn't it? I have to admit the samples in this catalog are truly some of the best ever. I cannot wait for convention in a few weeks as I'm sure I will truly fall in love with lots of other stuff, too :)

The great little bonus for me today was that I earned FIVE free stamp sets during Sale-A-Bration this year - so I got to place my order for those today, too - and they were all just the FUN stuff that I WANTED,not needed.

Would you like to be able to earn free shopping sprees while making money doing something you love? Well, now is the perfect time to join Stampin' Up as a demonstrator. Not only is it super exciting because of all the new product, but right now you can join for just $99!

Plus if you join between July 1 and July 31 you'll also receive an exclusive Creative Kit to make the adorable Christmas keepsake box below -- it would be a great gift or just the perfect thing to keep your own mementos in:

So if you are ready to jump on board and start making money now (doing something that is totally fun!) then visit my Web site and sign up any time -- day or night. If you've got questions, or if you want a little guidance first, feel free to e-mail me and we can set up a time to sit down and chat -- either in person or over the phone. I'd love to have you join my growing team!

With that, I'm off to celebrate the Fourth of July with friends and family... but plan to be back real soon with some eye candy.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday weekend!
