So… Have you seen it?

I’m a little late in getting back here, but this beautiful little baby has been out in the world for almost one whole week now and I am so in love! It’s probably obvious at this point that I don’t have children… as I’m talking about my new Stampin’ Up catalog as if it were a child! 🙂 Unlike with children, however, I seem to like each new catalog better than the last and this year is no exception! I’ve been super busy the past week or so unfortunately there’s still TONS of unopened brand new toys in my craft room… gasp! But one of the first things I ordered way back a month ago (did you know as a demonstrator you get to have a sneak peek at new catalogs and pre-order from them a month in advance? Cool, right?) was the Sprinkles of Life stamp set. It is this year’s Ronald MacDonald House Charities stamp set. Each year Stampin’ Up selects a stamp set and donates a percentage of each sale to the Ronald MacDonald House Charities. This year it’s Sprinkles of Life and $3 of every stamp set purchase goes to RMHC. And I personally think this

Join the Club – Stamp Club, that is!

Hello, Hello Stampers. Happy Friday. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping. Yay! Spring is here 🙂 I wanted to pop in today and share with you a card that I created for my Stamp Club program. This class is offered both live at my house (on the third Thursday of every month – next class is Thursday, May 15) and as a “To Go” option for those of you who do not leave nearby.  Each month I feature a different stamp set and show you a variety of ways to use it. This month (April) was the So Very Grateful stamp set from the Occasions Mini Catalog. I like this class because it gives me the opportunity to really play with techniques and showcase the versatility of stamping. Card class (the last Tuesday of every month in Chatham) is great for mass producing cards (cute, simple designs), but this is the class if you want to learn new things. (And hey, who says you can’t attend both, right? wink, wink) This is how it works: If you are local — it’s pretty simple — you come to class make the cards and place your minimum order. Easy, peasy

The Return of Stamp Club & Stamp Club To Go!

So I took a little unplanned hiatus from my monthly stamp club here at my house and my newer Stamp Club To Go program late last year. Life just began to get in the way and I couldn’t keep up. But, I’m ready to re-launch both of these programs and I’m really looking forward to it because I’ve streamlined the process for me so it’s not so hectic (and time consuming). Therefore, no more hiatuses…  🙂 So here is how it’s going to work: It’s a six-month commitment. Club Members are required to place a $30 order each month during their six-month commitment. “To-Go” members will need to place their order in my online store by the 5th of each month (if that doesn’t happen, then I submit their “just-in-case” order for them on the night of my “live” stamp club). “Live” stamp club members can just place their order on the night of our meeting. The just-in-case order is required of all members. This is basically an order I can keep on file “just in case” you don’t get your order to me in time for me to place the order. I will then place the order you have on file. I would recommend

Back in business

On Friday I left my camera bag at a restaurant in Hyannis. Fortunately I had the camera with me, but unfortunately the cord to download photos to the computer was in the bag. Long story short, I was unable to get any of the photos I had taken off the camera and onto the blog! Ugh… it’s always something with me, huh? Well, now that I’ve got my downloading capabilities back I’ve realized that I’ve been quite crafty this week (part of that is because I have stamp club and a workshop this week!). I even managed to sneak in a few projects just for fun! Imagine that :o) I purchased some of Stampin’ Up’s new Simply Adorned chains and charms last month and finally got around to stamping my 1″ X 1″ charm for my necklace. What do you think? I did another version first, but I liked this one better (I bet you want to see the first version, huh? Well, some things are not blog-worthy my friends! lol!). Anyway, I used one of the small Sweet Pea Stitched Felt flowers from the Occasions Mini Catalog as an accent as well as the tiny tags stamp set and
